Definition of Concurring Opinion



It is the legal opinion by one or more judges on the same case decision who gets agreed by the majority decision on that specific case. The opinion where more than one judge agrees by the majority decision, that opinion of the judges is known as a concurring opinion.

 


These opinions as many importance in the legal systems because the decision which is given is based on majority verdicts. Hence has more importance in delivering justice. It gave the plurality of the decision by the bench of judges.
