Electronic Commerce also is known as e-commerce refers to the business model where goods or services are sold or purchased online. Online payments or Cash on Delivery is the most common payment method used on e-commerce channels. e-commerce can be done through any device connected to the Internet.

 


Example of e-commerce includes buying or selling of shoes, makeup items etc. online. Ecommerce is not only related to buying or selling but any commercial transaction lies under e-commerce.

 


Ecommerce are of 4 types:

  1. Business to Business (B2B)
  2. Business to Consumer (B2C)
  3. Consumer to Consumer (C2C)
