Definition of Internal Environment



The internal environment is referred to all internal business components that are shaped by the internal elements of the business. This includes all human resource, work ethics, work processes, machines/equipment’s, culture, management, management practices, hierarchy etc.

 


The internal environment shaped the values, ethics and corporate culture of the organization. It has a direct impact on the decision-making process of the management or supervisor. Companies put efforts on developing a better internal environment for the satisfaction of the human resources as well as the success of the company and its people.
