Before starting organizational projects, stakeholder management needs to analyze all stakeholders that are involved in the project. Stakeholder analysis is done before starting the project. Stakeholders divide and grouped according to their levels, contribution, and interest in the project.

 


For the success of the project, it’s important to create a strong harmony and bonding among the group members, call them for early meetings to establish the project’s strategic objectives and plans. Project success is dependent on the stakeholders than getting it done on time and in the budget.
