A change agent is an individual either from inside or outside of the company to transform the way an organization operates. For business success, change agents work closely with the organization’s management to introduce any organizational change and development.

 


Change agent work as a catalyst to bring in the required change in less time. He/she can inspire others to accept the change in the organization. Change agent promotes and supports changes being made in the organization. Chan agent works on the individual level and interacts with each individual to transform and influence them to change their attitude, desires, and behaviors.
