The case focus describes how Abercrombie & Fitch recruited employees based on an image the company wanted to project and staffed their stores with sales people that were primarily white and athletic. She filed a complaint with the EEOC, who found Abercrombie & Fitch hired minority employees to do only low visibility, back-of-the-store jobs.
